We currently ship across India.
International shipping is not available at this time (unless stated otherwise).

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day

3. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery: 3–7 business days
  • Delivery timelines may vary based on location, courier partner, weather, or unforeseen circumstances

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly displayed at checkout
  • Free shipping offers may apply during promotions

5. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • Tracking ID via email/SMS
  • Courier partner details

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we work with reliable logistics partners, JCR Riwaaz is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, or incorrect address details provided by the customer.

🔄 Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and unworn
  • The product is in original condition with tags and packaging intact
  • The product is not damaged or altered
  • Video should be provided made during unpacking the item. Without video proof refund would not be considered.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perfumes, itra, and fragrances (due to hygiene reasons)
  • Innerwear or customized products
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Used or damaged products

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide order ID, product details, and reason for return
  3. Our team will confirm eligibility and share return instructions

4. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service

5. Refunds

  • Once the return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

❌ Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled

We reserve the right to cancel an order due to:

  • Product unavailability

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:
